Colin Kelland has been building for almost 40 years; 35 years as a self employed carpenter. During this time he has built many homes and completed simple through to extensive, complex rennovations and additions. He has also produced significant light commercial work.

Colin together with his team of four pride themselves in providing quality workmanship. He is assisted by his wife Carol, who works for him completing all his office and administration work. She also liases with Colin’s clients assisting them with their basic floor plans, elevations, kitchen, bathroom layouts, fittings & fixtures; and works with Colin’s subcontractors to facilitate a favourable and pleasing result. This service also frees up Colin’s time so that he is able to spend around 80% of his time onsite and maintaining quality control.
