Roger has 35 years experience as a builder and has been self-employed since 1983. 16 of those years have been in Australia doing light commercial, new homes, additions and alterations. Since returning home to Southland in 2004 he has concentrated on new homes, alterations and additions.

In 2005 he joined the Registered Master Builders Association and won a silver medal at the 2006 MBA House of the Year awards – the one and only time he has entered! Roger employs 2 full-time staff plus himself and Vicki – his wife – who holds the whole ship together.
